Who can use MuslimBonding
You must be 18 or older, legally free to marry, and genuinely seeking marriage. One account per person.
What you agree not to do
- Misrepresent your age, marital status, photographs or identity.
- Harass, threaten or abuse anyone.
- Ask members for money, investments or gifts.
- Push people off the platform before a wali or family is involved.
- Use the service commercially, scrape it, or automate access to it.
- Share another member’s photos, messages or details outside the platform.
Your content
What you write and upload stays yours. You give us a licence to display it on the platform for the purpose of running the service, and nothing more. That licence ends when you delete the content.
Moderation
We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or our community guidelines. Where we ban an account we will tell you why. We do not owe a refund for a subscription terminated for a serious breach.
Subscriptions
- Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- We do not pro-rate part-used periods, except where consumer law requires it.
- Prices may change; existing subscribers keep their price until they change plan.
What we do not promise
We do not promise that you will find a spouse. We verify identity to the extent our verification allows, but we cannot guarantee that every member is who they claim to be or that any statement on a profile is true. Use your judgement, involve your family, and meet in person before you commit to anything.
Liability
To the extent the law permits, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MuslimBonding is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
